  • If you’re still sore or swollen weeks after your accident, enzyme therapy can help your body reduce inflammation and relax muscle spasm.

  • After an injury, it’s normal to feel heavy, swollen, or just ‘off.’ Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, soothing way to help your body process inflammation, reduce swelling, and regain your natural balance—so you can feel more like yourself again.

  • When stress, pain, or injury leave you feeling tense or out of balance, Jin Shin Jyutsu offers relief through calm, hands-on energy work—like acupuncture without the needles. This gentle approach helps your body release tension, reduce inflammation, and relax tight muscles. Many clients say it brings not just physical ease, but also a sense of emotional calm and clarity. It’s a peaceful, non-invasive way to support your body’s natural ability to heal.

  • When your body is inflamed, achy, or just worn down, hydrotherapy can be a powerful yet gentle way to support recovery. Whether through soothing warmth to relax tight muscles or cooling therapy to calm swelling, these carefully applied treatments help reduce pain, improve circulation, and encourage healing from the inside out. It’s a quiet moment of relief that helps your body reset—especially when you're healing from injury or chronic tension.

  • If you’re carrying deep tension, muscle soreness, or lingering pain after an injury, cupping can help release what your body’s been holding onto. Using gentle suction, this ancient technique encourages blood flow, reduces inflammation, and helps stubborn knots finally let go. Many people find it deeply relieving—like hitting the reset button on areas that haven’t responded to other treatments. It’s a safe, natural way to support your healing and feel more open, mobile, and relaxed.

  • If you’ve been dealing with a specific injury or muscle strain, Kinesiotape can provide support during your recovery without restricting movement. This gentle, stretchy tape helps reduce pain and swelling, and can even encourage better muscle function. Whether you're recovering from an accident or pushing your body through physical therapy, kinesiotaping can give your muscles the support they need, helping you feel more confident as you heal.

  • Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic way to tackle those stubborn areas of tension and chronic pain that just won’t seem to release. By working into deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, we help break up knots and improve circulation, allowing your body to feel freer and more relaxed. If you're recovering from an injury or dealing with ongoing discomfort, this massage can be a powerful tool in your healing process.

  • When your body feels stressed, tight, or fatigued, Swedish massage offers a gentle yet effective way to release tension and promote relaxation. Using long, flowing strokes, this soothing massage helps reduce muscle stiffness and improve circulation, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and balanced. It’s perfect for easing both physical and mental strain—whether you're recovering from an injury or just need a moment to unwind.

  • After an injury, your muscles and nervous system may not be communicating the way they should. Neuromuscular reeducation focuses on retraining these connections, helping your muscles regain proper function, strength, and coordination. Whether you're dealing with weakness, imbalance, or lingering pain, this targeted therapy helps restore your body’s natural movement patterns, bringing you closer to full recovery and better overall mobility.

Preparing for treatment

Once you have your prescription and your claim open, the only thing that is needed for at-home treatments is room for a massage table and enough space to walk around it. If your pets are friendly, they are welcome to be around during treatment. The space we work in doesn’t have to be perfect. We understand that chores can be extremely difficult during this time and that clothes and dishes might be piled up. No one is here to judge you!

Depending on the treatment, you may need to undress to some degree. We’ll step into your bathroom and scrub down during this time to allow you some privacy. If you have a robe, you might want it around for ease of dress.

Nice to meet you!

Noelle Heian

I’m Noelle Heian, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist in Washington State for over 20 years. My journey into specializing in auto injuries began after I experienced a whiplash injury myself. I found it difficult to find practitioners who truly understood the recovery process and could guide me through it with the care I needed. That experience inspired me to dedicate my practice to helping others who are navigating similar challenges.

I know how stressful it can be to deal with injuries, and I’m here to listen and support you throughout your healing journey. Every person is unique, and I tailor my treatments to fit your specific needs at each stage of recovery. Whether you're dealing with pain, frustration, or just need a compassionate ear, I'm here to provide the care, space, and guidance you need to feel better.
